1. Services
Certified Install Wraps provides vehicle wraps, commercial vehicle graphics, fleet branding, vinyl graphics, design services, installation services, and related marketing and branding solutions.
All services are subject to project availability, material availability, and final approval by Certified Install Wraps.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of quoting.
Final pricing may change if:
Vehicle condition differs from what was represented.
Additional preparation work is required.
The scope of work changes.
Additional materials or labor become necessary.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or design work has started.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion before vehicle release.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery of services.
4. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for delivering vehicles in a reasonably clean condition.
Certified Install Wraps is not responsible for:
Existing paint damage
Clear coat failure
Rust
Previous body repairs
Pre-existing scratches, dents, or imperfections
Vinyl adhesion depends on the condition of the vehicle's surface. Existing paint defects may become more visible during installation or removal of vinyl graphics.
5. Installation & Warranty
While we strive for high-quality installations, vinyl wraps are a manufactured product and minor imperfections may occur.
Warranty coverage applies only to installation defects determined by Certified Install Wraps.
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidents
Improper washing or maintenance
Environmental damage
Damage caused by third parties
Vehicle paint failure
Manufacturer warranties are separate from installation warranties and are governed by the material manufacturer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Certified Install Wraps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, concepts, graphics, and website content remain the property of Certified Install Wraps unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials supplied for production.
8. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled based on material availability, weather conditions, vehicle readiness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified of any scheduling changes as soon as reasonably possible.
